Perfect Execution - again! I met salesman Gary Capper of Metro Toyota Cleveland (Brook Park) four years ago. My Highlander was coming off lease from another shop where I couldn’ I met salesman Gary Capper of Metro Toyota Cleveland (Brook Park) four years ago. My Highlander was coming off lease from another shop where I couldn’t get the time of day. He sat w me and explained the process/options and introduced me to Metro’s finance team. Gary said, “please take care of Tim.” More explanations and they gave me a very simple money saving process. Nothing in it for them, but with that level of trust and service I recognized I had a partner. I’ve bought two new Toyota’s in the past two years from Metro. Each car has its own configuration of options and trade offs that Gary walked me through so I could get what I needed at the right price. The first purchase, I shopped around just to be sure. It just confirmed I was working w the right store and salesman. This month, I just called him and explained what I was looking for. When I dropped in for my appmt, it was warmed up and ready for a test drive. Gary had some financing tips that saved me money on an already great deal. We inked it and I got my new plates yesterday. 1) right car/options 2) right price/financing 3) no jerking around and 4) a thorough orientation to the features new on my model. This wasn’t magic. It was a really effective salesperson who listened to me and responded w his best ideas. I met Metro’s founder Jerry on my first purchase. He came out to personally thank me. When I explained the great experience I had with Gary, he smiled and said “ that’s how we do it here.” And that’s why I will continue to take my business to Metro Toyota of Cleveland. More
