Terrific service! Gary could not have been any more helpful and made our entire experience easy, quick and smooth. We were looking for a very specific car to replace on Gary could not have been any more helpful and made our entire experience easy, quick and smooth. We were looking for a very specific car to replace one totaled in a car accident and ended up finding it at Metro Toyota. However, we live six hours away. We called and talked with Gary and he went above and beyond in answering all of our questions about the car and sending additional pictures. When we arrived on a very cold Saturday morning after driving up on Friday night, he had the car warmed up and ready for our daughter to test drive. In addition, he'd already taken care of getting the necessary paperwork together so that we could complete the buying process as quickly as possible. We couldn't have asked for a better, more pleasant experience! More
