KUDOs for Maggie Colan I worked with Maggie originally on 9/18 for our Solara. Was to be a routine at small cost but additional work for brakes was found. Maggie was 'GREAT' on working with me and straightening out a cost discrepancy. I was NOT the easiest of customers to work with but MAGGIE COLAN went above and beyond, including going to her supervisor, to appease a not-completely-happy customer (ME) so AGAIN I can't say enough nice things about MAGGIE and will try to take an opportunity to stop by and just tell her directly how impressed I was with her handling of me. HOPE TO BE ABLE TO WORK WITH MAGGIE AGAIN ! ! ! More

Brakes Took my car for break service and they ended damaging my plate when they took the car for a wash, bending my plate in half blowing the screws and the Took my car for break service and they ended damaging my plate when they took the car for a wash, bending my plate in half blowing the screws and the service rep was not able to give me an answer on the spot stating the manager service will get in touch with me since was out of town until next week, no one called me I ended calling and the manager was so rude, stating a bend plate will not affect my car, I got new plates a week prior to brought my car for the service More
