Honda Cr-V My family and I came to Metro Toyota planning on starting the looking for a new (used) car process. We were met with Gary "Cap" Capper. He was cordial, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough! He was understanding of our two kids rummaging around during the whole process, which is so appreciated! Buying a car can be nerve-wracking. Trying to plan ahead, make sure it is a good deal, etc. Cap made the process feel more comfortable. He also has set up appointments with the service team for a problem with the acceleration (the car is shuddering between speeds of 20-40mph and when I looked it up it seems to be a common issue with the transmission for this type of car). That's my only qualm is making sure the car is safe for my family! More
