Metro Toyota's crew feels to be genuinely interested and invested in the customer experience. Ryan, Justin, Jeremy, and Chris were all remarkably sincere. I cannot rate Christopher. I don't believe I have met him. There is little good or bad I can say about Metro Toyota. We ordered a RAV4 in August 2022 and accepted a similar I don't believe I have met him. There is little good or bad I can say about Metro Toyota. We ordered a RAV4 in August 2022 and accepted a similar RAV4 in June 2023. There were conversations in between, but there nothing either Metro or I could do to eliminate or shorten the time frame. I have no idea how long we would have had to waited to get the configuration we ordered. More

This was such an easy dealership experience. Justin in sales was good in explaining what a car's features were, and that a similar model similar to what I had initially ordered was available to Justin in sales was good in explaining what a car's features were, and that a similar model similar to what I had initially ordered was available to me, and at just the right time too, as my old Jeep started to fall apart. Ryan was great in finance was great in explaining all my options for financing and what warranty did what. He was understanding when I decided to back out of one warranty level to a lower level. I don't have any worries in my mind that I have been taken for a ride, and I know exactly what I spent my money on. Lastly, this dealership didn't have any markups, from when I placed an order in August 2022, to when a vehicle was available for purchase in June 2023. I will definitely come back to this dealership if I ever want another Toyota. More
