Recall and oil change in quick time I received a reminder call that there were two recalls on my '17 Prius. When I scheduled that appointment, I scheduled an oil change for the same time I received a reminder call that there were two recalls on my '17 Prius. When I scheduled that appointment, I scheduled an oil change for the same time. I was told it could take 3 1/2 hours. It took less than 2. (Yay!) While waiting, there were a variety of vertical surfaces for me to spread out and grade school papers. Service associates are always courteous, rate the need of repairs, and look for ways to reduce the final cost. I highly recommend Metro Toyota Service Department. More
Easiest car purchase ever. It was a pleasure purchasing once again from Metro. Car Shopping Made Easy We were shopping for a car because an out-of-state accident had unexpectedly totaled our vehicle. We drove a rental car 8 hrs to get back to Clevelan We were shopping for a car because an out-of-state accident had unexpectedly totaled our vehicle. We drove a rental car 8 hrs to get back to Cleveland after that accident. Upon our return home we were exhausted. but completed some insurance paperwork, did a little research on cars, and within 2 hrs of our return home we were out looking for a car. I had only that one day off. Our first stop was in the Toyota new car sales room. It was a busy place. Agents were all working with customers. We wandered around looking at floor models -- and realized we did not like anything we saw. I noticed the used cars sales room across the parking lot, so we headed over in the rain. On entering we were immediately greeted by Aaron Andrews who took us under his care. He listened to our story, had an idea of what we were looking for, showed us right out the window 2 possibilities, drove one up for us to look over, and within minutes we'd made our decision to buy. From there, Aaron only made it easier. When he offered we could drive it home, that sounded great, but we had no room for it in the drive - still having the rental car, not thinking I could return that car in time before the place closed for the day. So no, that wouldn't work. Aaron stepped out to get paperwork going -- and came back with the offer that we could leave the rental car right there at Toyota. He would arrange for it to be picked up from there for us. This rental was a Cadillac that I had never wanted to drive from the moment we got it (I had just totaled my Camry, now they put me behind the wheel of a Cadillac, are you kidding me?!) Having Aaron take care of that rental was such a gift to me! (in fact, Aaron returned it to the rental agency personally for us the next morning). We love our '16 Corolla. Love the confidence we feel in the car we purchased from its history report and the quality checklist Toyota put it through. Love that we could write a check for the purchase, to be cashed when I call and say the funds are in from the insurance company it's ok to cash it now... and we went home with a car. What had been a very stress-filled 2 weeks of accident, drive home, need to replace a car -- was made so easy by walking into that used car sales room. Thank you , Aaron, and Toyota! More

Great Sales Team, Service Department Was Very Disappointing I recently purchased my second new card from Metro Toyota and continue to appreciate their sales technique. After purchasing my previous car from them I recently purchased my second new card from Metro Toyota and continue to appreciate their sales technique. After purchasing my previous car from them ten years earlier, it was time for an upgrade. Gary "Cap" Capper had sold me my previous car, and while he helped over see this sale as well, I mostly worked on this sale with Robert Saponari. Robert is a like-able, funny guy that tells great stories while you fill out paperwork. Both are extremely low pressure and happy to hand you the keys for a test drive. I greatly appreciate that they don't go with you or take you on some pre-assigned test drive course. You have the opportunity to really get a feel for the car. When I mentioned to Robert that I was also looking at a Mazda, he said they are great cars and recommended a sales guy at a local Mazda dealer. It was obvious he cared that I found the right car for me. Robert never pressured me to make a sale and encouraged me to take all the time I needed. When I finally settled on a car, Cap asked Barry Greenfield to oversee the process. He and Robert made the process go as smoothly as possible. While I probably could have negotiated the price a little more, I appreciate the Toyota prices their cars to sell, not to haggle. Ken Proctor in Finance did the same when it came to all the final paperwork. Overall, buying the car felt more like hanging out with friends than spending thousands. Unfortunately, I can't can't give the Service Department as glowing of a review. When I purchased my car, I added heated seats and bumper protector. As I was getting my car at the end of the day, I needed to bring the car back to have these installed. While it was reasonably easy to get an appointment, I showed up to find two cars without appointments arrived in front of me. Robert did offer me a free rental, but the person at the service desk indicated that it would only be a few hours. While I was able to work from the waiting room, it was extremely disappointing that walk-ins were put above customers with appointments. Many other customers waited much longer than they expected while I was there as well. While I appreciate that Toyota includes free maintenance for the first two years, I will not be having my car serviced at Metro Toyota. More
