Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Even just walking in the front door and being greeted warmly by staff. Our rep was able to get us a new vehicle with every option we wanted in such a short time (and we had a big list of wants) and kept in touch via phone, email, and text, which was extremely convenient. And just taking the time to say “thank you” for purchasing there goes a long way. We were thanked by several employees and were treated like family. My can’t-sit-still toddler was approached by many staff and was treated like royalty :) We have dealt with other dealerships occasionally in the past (big mistake there!), but have found none can beat the team at Metro!!! More

Service visit As soon as I pulled into the service center, I was assisted. The service person was efficient and knowledgeable. My issues were handled quickly, and,hopefully, resolved. The car was clean and ready to go. I spent less time at the dealership than I planned because there were no delays. I have been a Metro client for 23 years--two Corollas. Metro is the only place I take my car for service--no one else touches that car. I have yet to disappointed with the work done. More

Leasing a 2019 Avalon My wife and I came to Metro looking to lease a new Avalon, we were greeted by Ken Konopka upon entering and immediately felt a connection with him. He My wife and I came to Metro looking to lease a new Avalon, we were greeted by Ken Konopka upon entering and immediately felt a connection with him. He asked us what we were looking for and what our needs were, when we told him that we were thinking of leasin* an Avalon, he immediately facilitated us .taking one on a tease drive. After driving the vehicle my wife and I decided it was the vehicle for us and we then sat with Ken and went throughout the negotiation process. At no time did we feel pressured from Ken. After making the deal we left and we received a call within 3 days that our vehicle would be read6 for pick-up on Thursday. Ken was extremely helpful with getting us the information for my insurance company so that part could be taken care of before pick-up on Thursday. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle Ken spent about an hour with us explaining the functions of the vehicle systems allowing us to be comfortable leaving with our new vehicle. More
