Maintenance and Recall I have been going to Metro Toyota on at 13775 Brookpark Rd. for almost 30 years. I was able to get a new car after my divorce when I was having credi I have been going to Metro Toyota on at 13775 Brookpark Rd. for almost 30 years. I was able to get a new car after my divorce when I was having credit issues. They were kind, helpful and respectful of my situation. I have never left because of the dependability and friendships I have built there. I started with John Fadel in the finance area and Gary Capp in Sales. Since John Fadel left I have been working with Jim Campo. My daughter has also become a customer and I continue to refer my friends. I always feel confident that they are doing the best they can for me and my family. I actually live across the street from Sunnyside Toyota in North Olmsted but I continue to return to Metro for their great customer service. More
