They took the time to listen and to understand what I was looking to do. No pressure. No Sales gimmicks. No “yelling” like most other dealerships do. Remote start fob I misplaced the fob for my remote start in September. I called and was told it could be replaced. When I went in for service, I was told that the part I misplaced the fob for my remote start in September. I called and was told it could be replaced. When I went in for service, I was told that the part could not be replaced and was offered to have a new remote system installed. I went back in to get the make and model of the remote system so I could search for a replacement myself and was told they did have the item I needed but the tech did not know how to program it. Josh said he'd call me on Monday 10-29, no one did. I called on Wednesday 10-31 and was told I could come in anytime to have the remote programed. The service dept. needs to get on the same page as far as what product are available. Because of my trouble Jim waived my service fee. More
