Remote start fob I misplaced the fob for my remote start in September. I called and was told it could be replaced. When I went in for service, I was told that the part I misplaced the fob for my remote start in September. I called and was told it could be replaced. When I went in for service, I was told that the part could not be replaced and was offered to have a new remote system installed. I went back in to get the make and model of the remote system so I could search for a replacement myself and was told they did have the item I needed but the tech did not know how to program it. Josh said he'd call me on Monday 10-29, no one did. I called on Wednesday 10-31 and was told I could come in anytime to have the remote programed. The service dept. needs to get on the same page as far as what product are available. Because of my trouble Jim waived my service fee. More

Amazing Experience I was looking for a used Sienna for about 2 months. I visited many Toyota dealerships. Some were good some were not so good. When I finally made my I was looking for a used Sienna for about 2 months. I visited many Toyota dealerships. Some were good some were not so good. When I finally made my way to Metro Toyota I soon realized this dealership was on a whole new level of customer service. My first exposure to this dealership was with Gary “Cap” Capper. I was interested in the Sienna so I asked many questions about this vehicle. I was struck by how knowledgeable Cap was with this minivan. More than once I was at other dealerships asking similar questions that went unanswered because of lack of knowledge about the vehicle they were selling. Cap thoroughly answered all questions. On the test drive Cap knew what all the bells and whistles were and where all the buttons were located. At other dealerships on the test drive they could not find the location of buttons needed to do certain functions. With other salespeople it seem like this was the first time they saw this minivan, some were totally clueless. It was such a breath of fresh air to have a true professional that was knowledgeable about the product. His “no pressure” approach was very much appreciated. Needless to say Cap found a Sienna at the trim level and price I was happy with.. I worked with Jim Campo on the financing end of the transaction. He was the consummate professional. He was great to work with and everything I said about Cap can be applied to Jim for his end of the business. It is obvious that the owners spend a lot of time and money training their employees. It show on all levels. This was an amazing car buying experience. More
