Leasing a new vehicle I went in on a Saturday morning with the intent to just browse (isn't that always the case?) since my current lease was almost over. I ended up tradin I went in on a Saturday morning with the intent to just browse (isn't that always the case?) since my current lease was almost over. I ended up trading in my current lease for a new Highlander. The salesman, Robert, was very knowledgeable. He helped answer all my questions since I was debating between a Highlander and a 4Runner. He was a bit pushy at times but not to the point where it became an issue. I was disappointed to hear remote start doesn't come standard on their vehicles. I'll be paying for that during the course of my lease. However, the free oil changes, tire rotation for the first 2 years of my lease helped. Plus they were extremely willing to give me a rental car for any time my vehicle is in the shop. This was an issue with my current lease company. Overall, I am optimistic that this lease will go well. Its my first leased Toyota so we'll see! More
