We went in the showroom and were warmly greeted by Ramona Plumlee, and I was immediately put at ease as she listened to my tale of woe. Ramona asked all the right questions to help us navigate the car buying landscape. We ended up with a Certified 2015 Sienna XLE that fit our needs. Jeremy McClish arranged the financing in a timely and pocketbook-friendly manner. We entered the dealership dreading having to buy a car and came out the same day relieved and happy with our Sienna! rear brakes or drum rubbing sound I took my truck in for noise coming from rear brakes or wheel. Repair person stated rear brakes needed adjusting and did so.
