Our salesperson, Cap, understood right away and was nothing but courteous in allowing me to take my time to go over the car at my own pace. He was never pressuring, and his stories were a great part of the experience while we waited on various sales processes. The car itself was in great condition, and drove like a dream. Given previous ownership of the same model I was ready to walk away at the first sign of some major mechanical issues I'd dealt with, but my overview of the car on the lot and detailed check after arriving back home turned up nothing needing immediate attention. Metro is a quality dealership, and given their overall selection on the lot they only keep vehicles worth buying. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a used purchase. More

We saw the car online and arrived in the morning to see it and test drive it. The salesman (CAP) was incredibly friendly and helpful. We decided to buy the car but it hadn't been cleaned/detailed yet. CAP told us he would have it ready for us by that afternoon. When we came back that afternoon, the car was ready for us, as promised. We also dealt with Jim to finance the car. He was great too. He had all the paperwork ready, explained everything to us and had us on our way. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had! More
