Excellent service. Came into Metro Toyota for routine Oil Change. Service Manager Maggie Colan took care of me. I asked for an experienced Technician to work on my veh Came into Metro Toyota for routine Oil Change. Service Manager Maggie Colan took care of me. I asked for an experienced Technician to work on my vehicle. My battery CCA was below the lowest range from the manufacturers specifications. Quoted me a price on a 84-month battery. Was installed promptly as we waited. Complimentary Car Wash as usual. Maggie was very courteous and professional. Would bring my vehicle back for futher service in the future. An Excellent rating. I was recently in an accident where I was hit "broadside". The total right side of my 2003 RAV4 was destroyed and it was not driveable. I was heart broken when my SUV was totaled - it only had 80,000 miles on it. I loved that SUV and was not ready to part with it. I could not afford another SUV, but wanted to stay with Toyota because of excellent past care on my 2003 RAV4, so I selected a 2018 Corolla. I was thrilled when they had my color choice of silver. Maybe in a couple of years I will be able to afford another SUV and I will be looking for Pat Brink and Jeremy McClish. More
