Ninety-nine percent of those purchases from that “filter” was the most miserable experience a consumer could ever experience. I hate buying cars for that reason and it is perhaps one of the reasons I hold onto my cars for so long. You and Mike Ferrett reside in the 1%. They subsequently called me back with their resolution and also proactively replaced a failed tail light. When I returned to the dealership, I received a friendly greeting and the service agent fully explained the problem. I was surprised to have the car washed and the total cost of the service/rental was at no cost. Much thanks to Scott and the Service team. More

Poor Customer Service After recently leasing my 2nd car from Metro, I received a $1,000 bill from Toyota Financial Services for wear and tear on the first car I leased. At After recently leasing my 2nd car from Metro, I received a $1,000 bill from Toyota Financial Services for wear and tear on the first car I leased. At no time during the negotiations process was it brought to my attention that Metro did not inspect the car. Furthermore, after speaking with the salesperson after receiving the bill, he stated I could have arranged for a pre-inspection at my home. This would have been nice to know as I would have purchased the care out of my lease or had the repairs done myself. He also mentioned that they state that an inspection would take place on the car I was turning in...this did not occur. During the negotiating process, I told the salesperson that I had some dings on the car and he said that's normal wear and tear. After verifying the odometer, he did not tell me that the car looked like it could incur some charges. This would have been the right thing to do. It seems to me that Metro is more interested in closing a deal than extending some common courtesy and customer service to its customers. So now I'm out $1,000 because nobody at Metro wanted to be upfront with me before I signed papers. Thanks a lot Metro and Toyota, I won't be recommending either of you again. More
This visit took care of my issue. I had been hearing a dronning sound when I drove my car. Made an appointment earlier and was told it was my tires. I always have good service but sometimes it takes a couple of visits to solve the issue. More
