Dropped vehicle off for 10,000mi service at 9am. Toyota App showed it wasn't touched til after 2. Second time I've been in for rattle in rear passenger side since new. Still not fixed. Payman left a Toyota App showed it wasn't touched til after 2. Second time I've been in for rattle in rear passenger side since new. Still not fixed. Payman left a message they wouldn't get the rattle fixed so if i needed the car (I did and had to leave town for a trip with the vehicle the following am) I could come by and get it. No one told me they hadn't yet bothered to do the 10,000 mi service. I didn't realize that til I left and saw indications it hadn't been done. Wasted my time, took and entire day and didn't get the rattle fixed yet again OR even the doggone 10k mile service done. Loyal customer. Service w you for all my Toyotas, and have bought 3 cars from you. It has to be better than this. More
