Honest People, quick service Took my jeep in for a oil change on a Saturday morning. Taken in right away. 20 minutes later I was called down to pick up. When I went to pay they informed me that when I bought the jeep I was entitled to 4 free oil changes, something the dealership I purchased from failed to tell me. Even told me to come back to get the last free one in two months before it expired. Went back for an inspection with 36,000 miles, passed no problem and was not sold any unnecessary items. I was always leary of going to a dealership, but was impressed with Videon. Wil be back, especially for the express oil changes, convenient, fast, and reasonable. More

Everyone makes mistakes now and then, but what distinguishes the stars is how they respond. When I brought this to the attention of John Taylor, the service manager, he immediately let me know that he would do whatever was necessary to make it right – and this was on a Sunday morning! Early Monday morning he called me to arrange to have the service done at my convenience. His obvious concern and dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience is reflected by all the staff at Videon’s service department. Well done! and Thank You. More

BODY SHOP IS AWESOME!! I had my first accident ever and had no idea of the process of getting my car repaired. I decided to call Videon's and see what I had to do. This wa I had my first accident ever and had no idea of the process of getting my car repaired. I decided to call Videon's and see what I had to do. This was the best decision I could have made. Jen answered the phone and from that point on she handled everything and explained the entire process to me. I felt comfortable in calling her and asking questions, and she really made me feel like everything was going to be ok. She stayed in contact with me throughout the process, kept me updated and she arranged my rental. Rick was also so very nice and was a pleasure to deal with. After talking to my friends and family, they said in their experience the customer service in most body shops is not this good. Now, after hearing my experience, they all say they will be going to Videon's for their Body Shop work! I'm telling everyone I know about Jen and Rick in the Body Shop at Videon's!!! More

As it turns out, I needed a new transmission for my van but Mat and the rest of the service staff couldn't have more accommodating and helpful. In addition to the great work, Mat would call and give me frequent updates completely exceeded my expectations in terms of time. They turned an inconvenient situation into a great resolution! I purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 6 weeks ago. I had a great experience purchasing the car from Nick – they took great care of me and really made me feel valued as a customer at the date of purchase. They delivered that same great service again when my “new” car broke down in Asheville, NC two weeks ago. My Jeep started to overheat coming through the mountains late on a Saturday night. After getting it to a local service center first thing on Sunday morning I came to find out that I had a cracked radiator. Obviously, that news was not received very well and I was nothing short of furious! The local Jeep Dealership was not open, neither was Videon, but Videon did have a text service on their website. My girlfriend shot off a text message, we explained that it was an emergency and needed a phone call immediately. We received a phone call from one of their managers, Jim, on a Sunday afternoon as he was grocery shopping with his wife! He took some time with us and let us know that he would have someone reach out first thing Monday morning. My girlfriend and I had to get home by Monday and could not stay in NC until the car was fixed. We took a huge gamble and rented a car, drove home, and decided to go talk to Videon directly on Monday morning. We sat with the owner, Steve Videon, and again, he could not have been more helpful. Steve told me to get him all of the receipts from our trip and he would get them taken care of for us and he would send someone down to drive my car back for me. He delivered that resolution before I ever had to ask for it. Steve and the rest of the Videon team understood how stressful our weekend had been and made sure to do their best to remove the stress from the rest of the process. I was given a rental for the week, reimbursed for my expenses, and again – felt like a priority to Videon. I can say with a smile on my face that the team at Videon not only gained a customer for life, but they also gained a very vocal advocate that will send as many people to them as possible. Thank you for making an extremely stressful experience as close to stress free as possible! More
missing key Bought a new truck in April 2014 only came with one key was promised would come in and they would program it and they would call me when it came in. Three weeks later I called them and the key not come in. I forgot to hound them to do there job. then on 4/2/15 I still have no spare key and local garage locked my truck with the key in it. Finally got into the truck and call Videon today and they want me to make an appointment for the key they owe me and the first time they have available is in two weeks. I will pay for the spare key and my next truck will not be bought from this dealer. Called another Dodge dealer and will have the key today including programing Up date 4/8/15 John Taylor called me a half hour after typing this and he got me the owed key and took care of everything that same day. John was a great help but it should not have gotten this far. Because of Johns help I may consider this dealership for my next truck More
