I travel an hour from Delaware to get to Videon for the five star service dept, it is second to none. I have owned a Ford, a Mercedes, a Dodge, a Chevy, a Honda and never have I encountered the mechanical expertise that I have at Videon. I don’t know how and where their technicians train, but they can diagnose and fix anything. I went to five different dealerships to fix a brake problem, this went on for one solid year to no avail. My first time at Videon, three years ago, the tech diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour.
Bob Sundo, the service advisor I deal with, creates an experience, by far the most professional, honest and direct, drama free communication I have ever experienced at any car dealership. He keeps me coming back now for three years.
The turn around time in the service department is fast and appreciated for busy professionals like myself.
In fact we have two SUVs, one Chrysler, one Chevy. Anyone can sell you a car, but not everyone has the expertise to service it. We will be trading in our chevy this year for a dodge.
