One of the first places I went to was Village Toyota to get a flat on my "new" Tundra. David Becwar, Asst. Service Manager took great care of my problem, and from that moment on he has been the "poster-child" for quality of service. I've been back twice since for regularly scheduled service, and the experience(s) have been spotlessly perfect. As one of the leads of service department "intake" process, he's consistently punctual, as he has been proactive and insightful with suggestions for care and maintenance of my vehicle. When I leave the service department, I not only do so with a great sense of satisfaction, I also leave with some valuable tips on the local fishing spots and strategies. What more could a customer ask! More

Misleading dealership I had a wonderful car buying experience with this dealership, but I’ve learned that once they get you in a vehicle that’s where the outstanding custom I had a wonderful car buying experience with this dealership, but I’ve learned that once they get you in a vehicle that’s where the outstanding customer service ends. I was told that my vehicle came with 2 years free maintenance and when it was time for my first oil change I was told that maintenance was not covered. I have also been told multiple times that the manager would look into it and have not heard anything else. Additionally, when I purchased my vehicle in January it only came with one key and was told by the sales person that he would get me another key. Now, it is April, still no key and was told to come up to the dealership when the key guy is there. I went to the dealership and after waiting 30 minutes I am told he doesn’t have my kind of key on his truck and that he will call me when he has it. I am disappointed that the customer service does not extend after you purchase a vehicle and very dissatisfied with how this has turned out. I highly doubt, that I would return in the future or recommend anyone to purchase from there. More
