This place is the exact opposite of the stereotype we think of dealerships that turn people away. There was no mind games of any sort or no rude behavior because you said no. I was VERY happy with the price I got and once it was settled we did the paper work and off I was. John "Beatles Tie" Deloach was the man I dealt with and he was super respectful and had great hospitality. You can definitely tell he loves his work which just makes the experience much more pleasant. He made time pass faster with the nice conversations we had. I highly recommend asking for him. He was very detailed about the features of the car as he walked me around the car and knew exactly what he was talking about. I drove a pretty good distance to get here and it was totally worth it! Also, Ed Welch was the man who dealt with the paper work and he too was very kind and helpful. He gave me some tips I'll use forever when he had no benefit to tell me and I extremely appreciate it! More

Totally screwed. I followed a sales person my family and I had used many times, Anna. I followed her because I trusted her. I was just coming out of a divorce and I ha I followed a sales person my family and I had used many times, Anna. I followed her because I trusted her. I was just coming out of a divorce and I had very specific needs. They found me the right fit, or so I thought, so we made an “agreement” and signed the necessary paper work. The next day I received a call that the financing had fallen through and we would be going with a different lender, Toyota. ( imagine that) I had to go back down and re sign paper work. My first maintenance visit was covered 100% per our agreement. My second visit for maintenance they informed me that nothing was covered and I owed almost 300$$. After arguing the true story was brought to light. They had changed our agreement completely in the new paperwork in order to get the financing. Shame on me for not reading the small print the second time in. I was robbed and cheated. Now I’m sitting in a vehicle 8000 $$ upside down. Do not buy from these crooks!!! More

My husband and I made an appointment for the next day and dealt with salseperson Jesse Butzer, who was was awesome. Jesse showed us the vehicle we inquired about, but through listening to our needs, identified a vehicle that better met our needs and was 100% on point. Jesse wasn't pushy, was well versed on the vehicle convenience and safety features, and was tentative. We can't say enough good things about him. He also worked with the finance team to ensure we stayed within our budget for the new purchase. In the end we got a great truck for a great price. As for the business, the place was well lit, had a customer waiting area that sported comfortable seating, plenty of (current) reading material, a community puzzle, and chess game. There was also a cafe with lots of complimentary items to include coffee, tea, bottled water, hot dogs (and condiments), donuts, cookies, and popcorn. The restrooms were clean and almost every employee that passed through stopped to ask if we needed anything and inform us of the goodies in the cafe area. We HIGHLY recommend Village Toyota and encourage you to look for Jesse for a great experience. More

The service advisor has always been curtieous and helpful with what needs to be done based on the mileage and age of my auto. So, I consider that to be very helpful with my time as well as their time to get the job done correct the first time without a return. More
