The sales lady (Peggy) explained that I would need new tired in a few months and suggested I wait till April when tires are on sale, which I will do. In and out very quickly. I am very pleased with the service I have received from this dealership and would recommend a Toyota car to anyone. More

We were planning on shopping around, but after they gave us their best offer up front (which we knew was a great offer because of our extensive research) and top-dollar for our trade, we signed on the spot. No back and forth, no haggling, no kidding! Yeah, we couldn't believe it either! We highly recommend this dealership and will go back there first the next time we are in need of a vehicle even though it's an hour from where we live. One last mention, we believe in giving credit where credit is due, so with that being said, we would like to thank Anna Maria for all her efforts. She was very knowledgeable and able to quickly, and without hesitation, answer all our questions and concerns regarding the truck, the deal, the warranties, and everything else in-between! I had just had an engine blow, so had no trade in and had just been denied by my local credit union. Village got me into a great used car and this year I returned to get a Toyota. Hadn't planned on a new car, but the deal was prime. I highly recomment my sales professional, John DeLoach, whose knowledge of his brand made the transaction painless and highly informative. I am sorry to admit that I did not get the name of my financial professional. He was amazing. The only thing I would wish different is that there would be a deli on site :) I was there from 1 to 5 pm and was starving at the end! More

My experience was not at all pleasent. Told sales person what I was looking for and how much we could afford he said he had one there that he should be able to get us in. He showed us one $8000 what we wanted to spend. And another over $1000. After we said we couldn't do it, sales person said nothing just gave us our keys and turned away. We even told them to call us if one came in, in our budget. But after the rudeness of the sales guy and the waiting for financing for the price of a vehicle. We will not go back. I didn't list the sales person to be nice, but their finance person takes forever and the sales person i dealt with spoke as if reading a sales book, such as "if you dont buy this i will", or "this is a really smart buy". Also after driving one of their vehicles which had been through inspection found steering was stiff and a/c caps were removed which told me they probably top off refrigerent do to a/c leak. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE OR SALES More
