The final step (payment, signing papers) with Chad was a bit more unpleasant with a lot of fast talk about extended warranty-packages.Why pay thousands of dollars for extra warranty in addition to general warranty AND being told we had to make the decision then and there with no option to sleep on it? Do your homework so you know what extended warranty you need before going there! More
