When he checked on it he quietly suggested I speak with a sales person as it was going to be a major repair. I trusted him completely because he knew I didn’t want to part with my car unless necesssary. He introduced me to Dereck Randall in Sales. Derek is a gracious gentleman and so easy to work with and good listener. He followed my preference for a low mileage used car, bright color to be easily seen in rain and fog. He brought a 2015 white Corolla with 21000 miles and I drove it. I decided it might do but not really comfortable. By that time David found me to say it was an air conditioning compressor, very expensive. I decided it was not sensible to put $$$$ in an older car with over 75000 miles. Derek asked if he could show me a 2017 Corolla which was not significantly more expensive. I drove it, was immediately much more comfortable, loved being able to raise the seat. He explained all the features, answered questions and I was sold. Then Carolyn Deary was introduced to process the transaction. She, like the others, knows her stuff! The reams of paper involved seemed very complicated to me but she was organized, efficient, highlighted things for me,explained and answered questions. From 9am to 12:30 everything was completed, every expense included in 1 check. I transferred my belongins and drove my car home. More

I got screwed The dealer tried to back out of the deal after I had signed the contract stating that they needed more money cause there was so much damage on my 3 y The dealer tried to back out of the deal after I had signed the contract stating that they needed more money cause there was so much damage on my 3 year old vehicle I was trading in. They only gave me 4000.00 for it and there was nothing wrong with it. After not receiving my title after 2 weeks, I went to DMV and they said my title application was suspended. So I would have never received it if I had not asked for it. Then, involving an excessive oil consumption recall, I was given the run around 3 times, after they had already stated that they knew the car was burning too much oil. They then refused to do the needed repairs. I got screwed big time from these crooks. Would not recommend them on the basis of they will screw you if they so choose. NO ethics. More
