He is highly professional, personable, and always negotiates in an open, non-confronatational, positive manner. He is the most knowledgeable salesperson we've had the pleasure of working with. His ability and willingness to explain ALL of the features of our vehicle (Sienna Limited) and compare other Sienna models with the LTD, went a long way in helping us make our decision to purchase. Brett (Dan's manager) is a willing negotiator and has always treated us fairly and with respect. I believe each of our purchases have been concluded at a price that was mutually acceptable to us and the dealer. Although this was a NEW car purchase, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the quality Service provided on our past vehicles. I've been driving since 1964 and have lived in five different states. The service department at Village Toyota is the best I've ever experienced, and David Becwar is the most professional, and knowledgeable service manager I've had the pleasure of working with. What a pleasant experience to be able to have our beagle dog "Boomer" involved in the test drive and getting treats from the sales staff while we were negotiating our transaction.
