WORST DEALER TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A FAMILY IN MOURNING!!!!! My mom leased a vehicle from here unfortunately she passed away before the lease was up. We went to the dealer to find out what we MOURNING!!!!! My mom leased a vehicle from here unfortunately she passed away before the lease was up. We went to the dealer to find out what we do and we were advised to just drop it off and everything would be taken care of. Well several months later we get notified that we need to pay a large amount of money for early termination we reached out to this dealer spoke with the General manager Joe who was not helpful at all!!! I asked Joe to share the name and number for the owners and he told me that I was wasting my time!! Well i called them and got no assistance from them! Joe then called me back and told me to just ignore the bill and that it will go away. So i said don’t pay the bill. He said yes that is not what we expected to hear from Joe. We were looking for them to help us settle this as the salesman gave us VERY BAD INFORMATION about turning in the lease early. More

Since the population is so divided politically nowadays, I would suggest that the TV station on the TV be kept on a non-partisan channel. I would suggest National Geographic, HGTV, or maybe History Channel all of which I have seen at other dealerships. Your service people are polite and knowledgeable. I like the dealership. More
