Painless. Great service. My wife purchased our 2013 Prius new and we have been happy ever since. She didn't like the 2018 models until they showed us the Prius Prime. We are now a 2 Prius family. Just returned from a visit to Cincinnati and we took the Prime. I don't like the fact that we don't have a spare tire but so far so good. We are still learning about the 2018. When we have a question we call David and he helps us through the problem. More
