Work was done professionally and I am very satisfied with the results. Since purchasing my Forester new in 2020, all my service work has been done here. This survey does not address the Service Department, the results. Since purchasing my Forester new in 2020, all my service work has been done here. This survey does not address the Service Department, WHY NOT? Service is a major reason folks buy cars at a dealership and return there for service. For example, by other car is a Chevy which I purchased new at a local dealership. I found that their service department was OK in the beginning, then it became terrible. I now drive a few towns away to another Chevy dealer who does great work like Villages Subaru does. So my local Chevy dealer is out of consideration for purchase of anything they sell. They made the mistake of treating Service like an underling, which is the same way your survey is structured. More
