36k mile transmission failure on 2020 Jeep G. Cherokee Larad 4X4. Bought with 14K miles in 2021 with a certified pre-owned 100000K warranty and bought an additional warranty with it at Vann Dodge. Cherokee Larad 4X4. Bought with 14K miles in 2021 with a certified pre-owned 100000K warranty and bought an additional warranty with it at Vann Dodge. Warranty only covers 35$ a day for rental, Vann Dodge dosent offer any loaner cars while your car gets repaired at thier shop. Couldn't shell out 500+ for a rental through Enterprise so I was without a way to work for 5 days. Repair was fantastic, however not having a loaner to use was terrible. Bigger dealerships will offer that courtesy. So next time I need service I will go to another Jeep/Dodge repair facility to have repair work done. I took my Jeep there (Vann) because I bought it there and they service and repair my purchace. More
