When needed, service and sales work well together, but for me, it is the service that sells the car. I am less concerned about a few hundred dollars at purchase, when I know that the service department will be caring for my car and my needs -- for years -- as if I were part of their family. I have had very positive experiences with the service team at Bob Hastings service and collision. I really prefer to have my car serviced at a dealership/manufacturer, my experience with outside service providers has not been great. I am a proponent of preventative maintenance and I hope the team at Bob Hastings is leading me in the right direction. My first contact was with Jerry Harden who took my phone call to schedule my 7,500 checkup. Very friendly and accomodating in arranging the time. My service charge was less than I had expected, with a couple of discounts applied to reduce my payment by approximately $20. More

Been going to Hastings since Saturn closed and have been very impressed with the service department. They have always been up front and honest about the repairs necessary for the car and have been very fair very impressed with the service department. Also provided a loaner without even my asking once when they had to have the car multiple days due to a part not being available. Quite frankly, while the car has had more issues than I would like, I have been so impressed with the service I have received I will likely buy another GM product from Hastings. More

They provided incredible service and really extended themselves. I needed to get a repair done on my car, and due to an unusual family situation could not get my car to the dealership. They had ordered a time-sensitive part and instead of returning the part when I could not get down there, they decided to handle the situation this way.
