I went there to purchase a new vehicle. Very nervous , when I got there I immediately felt at ease. The sales person made me feel comfortable explained everything to me. After purchasing the car went for my service (oil change etc) after about three months, wanted to make sure everything was ok !!! The owner actually came and talk to me ,but I really don't have any further worries it's been two years now and the service department takes excellent care of my car, I really feel special there. Our Buick was brought in NYS Inspection, oil change/lube and a problem with the windshield washer pump. We also asked about the wear on the front tires. I had a problem on my 2010 Terrain loosing blue tooth connection from my cell phone. Waited 70 minutes until they had a tech that knew about blue tooth that was available. Took 10 minutes to determine that they was nothing that was wrong with the car and that it might be my cell phone that was the problem. They suggested that I should get another cell phone to prove that it wasn't the car. I guess since I don't have another phone that I could use for a couple of months I will just have to reprogram my cell phone to the cars blue tooth every time I loose connection. More
