Needed work done on the airbag system for my truck. was told by dealership my warranty didn't cover the work and was quoted over $6000. The work that was done was fantastic with little difficulty. The communication from the dealership however was atrocious. They didn’t communicate about what work needed to be done, in addition there difficulty. The communication from the dealership however was atrocious. Getting through to the actual service center was the most difficult part. While I appreciated the quality of work, the customer service made for a frustrating experience. More
