Unfortunately most vehicles in the year 2024 are not compatible with the iPhone5 model, as most of our consumers have at least the 8 or above model. When you are able to upgrade your phone, we would be more than happy to assist with connecting it to make sure it works properly. We also went above and beyond to find you a handsfree open tailgate option on a vehicle you could afford, again if there are any questions on how to use it, we would be happy to assist with that. Oil change process & service rep were excellent. The phone system does not work when trying to talk to a human. The waiting area has declined. Good coffee maker is gone. No water or snacks. Thing More
