5 oil changes were included with my purchase. I came in for oil change #4. After completing the oil change (and tire rotation) they wanted to charge me over $100 because apparently they have new I came in for oil change #4. After completing the oil change (and tire rotation) they wanted to charge me over $100 because apparently they have new owners who aren't honoring the oil changes any more. John did not tell me this before completing the service and had laft by time the oil change was done. Horrible way of doing business and pretty much guarantees that I will not use the service department in the future. The manager did end up trying to make it right and did not charge me for the oil change. More
