Vision Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Had a trailer wire harness installed last Saturday. It took over five hours for the work to be completed. On Sunday morning I tested it out on my camper. All the lights work. But the trailer brakes It took over five hours for the work to be completed. On Sunday morning I tested it out on my camper. All the lights work. But the trailer brakes DO NOT WORK!!! After lifting the hood, I found a blue wire the harness bundled up with a zip tie.! And a sensor bracket was Broken. Now I have to take it somewhere else to complete the job. Having this wire harness installed was the main condition of me buying the Jeep in the first place. I’m not happy at all and not worried about what else is wrong with this vehicle I purchased? More

Phone message says no appointment necessary for oil changes- it’s a lie. Told workers about it- still was same 2 weeks later. Stopped in and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. So I made an appointment for another day in person and had to come back. I live over a half hour away. More
