On July 9 or 10 I had an appointment to repair the Charging system fault on my 2024 Jeep Willy's 4xe. I dropped the Jeep off at the service dept at Vision Jeep on Panorama Trail Penfield NY. The person I talked to, said I would have to leave the Jeep overnight, I said OK. The next day I tried to call Vision ten times. Every time I got a recorded message, I gave up and my wife drove me to Vision service dept. At the service dept there were other people waiting. All had the same complaint, no one answers the phone. I talked to a service person. Is my Jeep done? After searching his computer for ten minutes he said let me check the shop. Fifteen minutes later he came back and said “it’s not fixed, the Jeep is in the lot you can pick it up. No explanation, no sorry, nothing! I proceeded to call a more responsible Jeep dealer.
