Vision Hyundai Henrietta Rochester

I received an oil change and had to come back because my car was leaking oil. Took it to a different car shop and they said who ever (vision) did the oil change messed it up. Had to take it back to vision t car was leaking oil. Took it to a different car shop and they said who ever (vision) did the oil change messed it up. Had to take it back to vision to fix. Vision did give me a loner car so I could get to work, I am a bigger person and they gave me the smallest car for a loner. Also picking up my car they parked so close to the other car I had to squeeze in. I also asked them to look at my shocks/struts because my car is so bumpy while driving. They said they fix shocks/struts They keep saying nothing is wrong but something clearly is. Also other car mechanic said no way they did because struts because what is in there is rusty. The other mechanic took me in shop to show me bad oil change and rusty struts. This is their job yet they treat as I am a bother to them. I will not be coming back to Vision for any repairs. I bought my car from Vision. will not recommend anyone for repairs or to purchase. Horrible service. More

I made an appointment for a recall repair. To me, that meant you had the parts and would fix it. After an hour and a half I'm told you have to order the parts and I will have to take more time To me, that meant you had the parts and would fix it. Brought my car in to get recalls fixed. Bottom portion of my car is fine with the work they did, however the paint job is not what was stated was going to be fixed.
