Brought car in because it was sputtering and going into neutral all by itself. Person that called me said it was because the oil was low. I had been there not long ago for an oil change and brake pads an neutral all by itself. Person that called me said it was because the oil was low. I had been there not long ago for an oil change and brake pads and rotors. nothing leaking so how was the oil low? Felt as if they didn’t do the oil change when I brought it in because I’ve brought it there before and had them not do what it was down for and had to come right back 2 mins after picking it up. When I called to get in to get it fixed the person( female) on the phone sounded like she just woke up. Only thing she could tell me was if I could get it towed there they could probably look at it the next afternoon. I would recommend listen in g to the recording. 2:10 ish on 9/25. When my husband came in to pick up the keys it took them almost 20 mins just to find the key fab. And they just said here and walked away. When I came to pick it up after hours my seat was literally laying all the way down into the back seat. More
I've had better experiences here. Let me start with the good. I was very happy they got the main issue covered under warranty and gave me a ride homevand back. Now for the not so good. When I was informed what needed to be done and didn't want all the work done it seemed to make the tech unpleased. Once the work was done and I went to pay. The cashier seemed over worked and and unhappy. There was another person there that wasn't doing anything. I don't know if they were on break or what. I feel the place is good just need to get the right service person! More
