The service on my car was originally estimated to only take 2-3 days but my car was held at the dealership for over a week. My car had not been passed to someone else to take care of but it sat at the dealership for over a week because the mechanic was on vacation. while this was going on, I was asking for updates on the car because it had been taking much longer than originally anticipated. I was told that my car was being worked on and that they are waiting for a part to come in. The worst part was that the part had arrived but couldn’t be placed because the mechanic was on vacation. Is there only one mechanic at this location? Why was I never properly informed on what was happening to my car until my mother eventually called the location to figure out what exactly was happening.
