I was provided a loaner vehicle as a benefit of the extended warranty I purchased. My vehicle was ready the next day. I was shocked to learn of the Shop Charge applied to my bill for gloves and towels extended warranty I purchased. My vehicle was ready the next day. I was greeted immediately by a girl who had her hands full, she stopped and checked me in after placing her things on the desk. My car was not starting first thing in morning, it took alot of tries. They did a diagnostic check for 200.00 and said there was nothing wrong with my car. The problem was my remote starter and I needed to alot of tries. They did a diagnostic check for 200.00 and said there was nothing wrong with my car. The problem was my remote starter and I needed to go back to the place that installed it. It was installed by someone Dirschel hired to do it. I have no idea who that was. On my way home I stoped amd put a new battery in my remote starter and now my car works fine. Why didn't they say maybe you need a new battery and be a little helpful i stead of tryimg to sell me other services. I'm 83 years old and don't know much about cars, it would have been nicer to be more helpful than trying to make more money. I will never go back to Vision, not even to buy a new car. More

Upon receipt of vehicle items the following items missing: Shifter bypass cover missing Wire & connector coming from driver’s side front windshield not connected to anything Glove compartment box locking latches missing Just feel like bare minimum was done- a dealer in my opinion should be a leader or example of professionalism, setting standard for everyone else to acclaim to become . Bottom line - not a good experience. Oh and to add insult to injury Vision charged us $500 more than repair/invoice. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks since vision agreed to cut check payable in our name(s) & we have yet to receive? More
