I was told conflicting things numerous times by different staff. I scheduled an appointment to take care of two different items and called and spoke to an employee after schedule to ensure that everything c staff. Upon arrival it wasn’t brought up that something couldn’t be completed today. They said they would need to check to see if a part was available and they would let me know. 60 minutes later I asked my service coordinator to ensure that they were going to me able to work on my vehicle. He hadn’t even checked and then to 10 minutes to confirm. At that point I was informed that I would need to bring the car back next week for the second service. More

Everything was very good. Did have 1 problem. When I got home from dealership I noticed that on the passenger side floor had some kind of debris on mat. Had to vacuum it up Did have 1 problem.
