Expected to go in for an oil change on my gti and pay a decent chunk of change. However, to my surprise, I had a coupon in my email and didn't pay nearly as much as I had anticipated. I wish you would care about the customer as much as when I bought the car. Shuttles are one way now, even when I spend $1,500 on a repair. Your estimates are way off. After having a Passat, Golf, Tiguan and an Atlas, this is my last time owning a VW. More
