They charged me 2400 for sunroof replc, 1200 for brake pads, 1200 for control arm bushing, overall 7800. Which is overpriced for sure. I think because i am asian they thought i wont know much about cars. More

Hi Yoonzak. Pricing is set by VW Parts and VW book time. Each dealership can have their own hourly rate which may differ by location but all prices come out of the system using software that only factors the repair represented. We have the ability to help in cases and sometimes VW as a manufacturer will contribute money to repairs as well but I can assure you the software is not biased and neither are we.
