Brought my 2019 tiguan to get the mirror looked at and fixed. After the buyimg the part from you guys and the part returned from paint I was informed it was the wrong side mirror. I was then informed I wo fixed. After the buyimg the part from you guys and the part returned from paint I was informed it was the wrong side mirror. I was then informed I would have to pay to get the correct mirror ordered. This is completely unacceptable. Herberto and I looked at the mirror before I ordered the part and I left the car with you guys for a few days. During that time you could have easily realized this buy looking at the service order and sending out to paint. This has now been a almost two week back and forth to the service dept and a waste of my time. I asked to speak with a manager and did not get a chance to speak with anyone. More

Salesman doesn't know what they're doing Nick seemed friendly at first, but the finance department messed up my numbers, which resulted in me needing to come back the day after signing all th Nick seemed friendly at first, but the finance department messed up my numbers, which resulted in me needing to come back the day after signing all the paperwork to sign more paperwork with different finance numbers. The car also didn't come with a second set of keys, which the dealer admitted the car was supposed to come with a separate set of keys. It took the dealer 4 weeks to get me a second set. They never followed up on this with me, despite promising to. I had to call them at least five times to finally get them to agree to cut a new pair of keys. Nick seemed like he had no idea what he was talking about or doing. More
