Not happy considering service management team was not aware that some extended warranty insurance companies will not honor Volkswagen of chicago as a valid business partner. I paid for test to locate nee aware that some extended warranty insurance companies will not honor Volkswagen of chicago as a valid business partner. I paid for test to locate needed repairs that under their guidelines in my contract normally would be paid. Nonetheless your company is a dear let chicago they will not accept. They gave no reason !
