Felt rushed. Offered me a repair without inquiring whether or not car was under warranty (it is still under warranty). Was quoted full price for repairs. Didn't have time to call warranty company and whether or not car was under warranty (it is still under warranty). Was quoted full price for repairs. Didn't have time to call warranty company and get stuff figured out. Ate the diagnostic fee and got the car fixed elsewhere. Most likely won't be returning. They did successfully replace the windshield wipers, though, so there's that. More

Took my car to the service department with no damage, received it with body damage. The team was great in getting my car into the body shop to repair the damage; however, when I received my car, the dama received it with body damage. Tried to convince me to pay over $200 for coolant fluid flush despite the fact that it's not listed as a recommended service in the owner's manual, and my VW Golf only has 31,000 miles on it! And $65 for a flush despite the fact that it's not listed as a recommended service in the owner's manual, and my VW Golf only has 31,000 miles on it! And $65 for a cabin dust/pollen filter that I got and replaced myself without any tools in a few minutes for $13? What a ripoff, and was not thorough about providing the free multipoint inspection when I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. Sloppy work, and overpriced. More
