The transition was horrible, and as a result I stopped coming to this dealership for service for awhile. Bill Dolan the manager was great in listening to previous my feedback and it's obvious he's gotten things back on track. I'm now happy to be back as a customer. Great Service Center, terrible sales and sales manager Bill, the service manager, was great to work with. He’s very carrying and polite and was focused on making our experience to Volkswangen’s standards. Bill, the service manager, was great to work with. He’s very carrying and polite and was focused on making our experience to Volkswangen’s standards. We’ve been a VW family for over 30 years and enjoy the vehicles they offer. On the flip side of that, our sales experience was the worst that we’ve received in some time. The sale of a car that has pervious damage was sold to us with out disclosure of the repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs were not done to new car standards and required additional work. We didn’t come to this dealer to be taken and at this point, we’ll never purchase a vehicle from them again. It’s too bad as this dealer is close to our home and is very convenient. Unless something is done, our minds will not be changed and we’ll be sure to steer any of our friends or acquaintances away. More
