Very Good Experience Twelve years ago I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from the same location when it was under different ownership. Two weeks ago my wife and I returned to the dealership to test drive a 2019 Tiguan SE. We didn't like it very much. Luckily it was weekday afternoon. Dyquan and Mike, who were both very helpful and informative, spent time with us explaining the differences between the Tiguan models My wife and I decided on a red Tiguan SEL. Turns out the dealership did not have one left. Dyquan and Mike traded with another dealer to get the model and color we wanted. When we came back to dealership to pick up our Tiquan, we met Donnie. The finance department is typically where all the add-on's occur. Donnie was just the opposite. I know buying a car is frequently described as a torturous experience. It absolutely was not for us. Instead, it was a very good experience. In fact, I plan to return and buy an electric car from the same dealership. When I return, I will look for Dyquan, Mike, and Donnie More

First time Volkswagen buyer First time buying a Volkswagen; couldnt find help when I first entered; left to Honda, came back; had to actively search for help my second time, fina First time buying a Volkswagen; couldnt find help when I first entered; left to Honda, came back; had to actively search for help my second time, finally got Chris Smith to help me. Jetta R Line, economical, good looking, nice car (I still had to clean up some left-over sticker adhesives). After purchase, windows screeched; which was fixed by Bill Dolan; runs smooth now. After repair service, I noticed my window trim came loose and was not flush; fixed myself; hassle to drop-off my car. Additional, car engine shut-off itself with the Start-Stop system; hopefully it was a one-time fluke. I will follow-up again when it happens again. Chris Smith was good and helpful, but I did not expect flaws with a new car; especially the hassle of driving to downtown, leaving my car over-night, and coming back the next day (I have had to drop my car off a few times already, within 2 months of purchase). More

(The inspection uncovered no issues.) However, Luis did have a problem rectified with a misalignment at the front left side that resulted from someone hitting the opposite side in a parking lot. This saved me the cost of a body shop. I appreciate his customer focus greatly! More
