Poor performance by Service Dept staff. I brought my car in to diagnose a simple problem. It took 2.5 weeks, 3 phone calls initiated by me ( no return calls as promised by staff) and conver I brought my car in to diagnose a simple problem. They had the vehicle I wanted but the experience was very sub par. They did nothing to earn my business except have the car I wanted. They refused to make me a 2nd key on an expensive vehicle and they backed sub par. They did nothing to earn my business except have the car I wanted. They refused to make me a 2nd key on an expensive vehicle and they backed out on their initial agreement with my trade in criteria. They also quoted me a 5.49% rate then proceeded to tell me my credit was perfect and offered me an 8.99. Only after I said nope give me my keys did they magically get it back around the 5.5 mark. Also ran my credit 6 separate times which was a nice hit on a perfect credit score. I love my vehicle I chose but truly regret doing business with them. Salesperson was fine, front desk was fine, but management and finance were rude and arrogant. More
