I like to think general manager, Michael Zafiriou, you for reading my letter and working with me with the vehicle that I purchased from his dealership. I also like to think Davis Luckett, who did the fina for reading my letter and working with me with the vehicle that I purchased from his dealership. I also like to think Davis Luckett, who did the financing paperwork for our outstanding job making great suggestions. Jimmy Caprile Was the excellent sales person who helped me with the decision-making and selection of my Acura TLX 2021. Avery Gathercole was not initially involved with the sale of our car, but she was a great woman to have a conversation with. Rocco Cesario did somewhat help with negotiations, but when a customer asked for something he needs to make sure to be a man of his word and follow through on the request of the customer not below the customer off because you never know when your general manager find out what you’re doing. overall, I will say that my experience at the Volkswagen dealership was decent.
