Stay away! !!! The car prices posted on the website do not include all the extra fees which are mandatory to complete the sale. They charge for extra warranty as !!! The car prices posted on the website do not include all the extra fees which are mandatory to complete the sale. They charge for extra warranty aside from the VW warranty already included which they call “CERTIFICATION FEE”($2k), another fee for “preparing” the car ($1k) and an additional $1k for a cash deal. A total of $4k extra from the initial price plus taxes and other service fees to get the car out the door. Visited other VW dealers in the suburbs and none mentioned these ridiculous fees. Stay away from this dealer!!!!!!!! More

Poor time management and customer service. I waited over 35 minutes to be seen for an oil change and was quoted two hours Upon my return, the vehicle had not even been seen yet. This is in the middle of the week and there was only two cars in front of me. Most importantly they want to charge nearly double for an oil change compared to other local VW dealers. More
