The appointment was made for two things: oil change abs headlight replacement. They changed the oil abs then told us the light needed replacing. Yes. That’s what the appointment was for. This took an addit headlight replacement. They changed the oil abs then told us the light needed replacing. Yes. That’s what the appointment was for. This took an additional hour during which the service rep finished his shift. Two hours later we had to remind the service center we were still waiting for it car. There are clearly some communication issues that need addressing. More
